The poll that used to sit at this address was created on the old GFX Poll Studio tool, which let anyone publish a poll at a public URL. That archive was retired along with the old tool, and the individual polls are not being brought back. The short version: the open archive was heavily abused, and reviving it would just recreate the problem.
The address still works on purpose. Old forum threads and reference pages link here, and a link that quietly turns into a 404 helps nobody, so you get a real page instead of a dead end.
