cosa fare se qualcuno da la formazione oltre le 15?
1) ogni min di ritardo penalizza di mezzo punto la squadra
2) formazione annullata se in ritardo anche solo di un minuto
3) mezzo punto di penalizzazione x ogni minuto e formazione annullata se oltre i 10 minuti!
